Problem

Gated communities needed a way to organize and track child skill development activities — across families, schedules, and real-time updates — without building custom infrastructure per community.

Approach

Mobile-first with React Native for parents and kids, serverless backend for cost-efficient multi-tenancy. Real-time listeners so activity updates propagate instantly across devices.

What I built

• React Native app for iOS and Android with real-time data sync
• Serverless API on AWS Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, SQS, and EventBridge
• Multi-community tenancy with isolated data per gated community
• Push notifications and activity feeds for parents and coordinators

Outcome

Platform supporting thousands of concurrent users across multiple communities, with infrastructure that scales per-community without manual ops.
