Hospitality businesses struggle to hire at volume — high turnover, manual screening, and no good way to evaluate candidates at scale without drowning in admin work.

Approach

Built a multi-tenant SaaS from scratch with AI scoring at the core. Designed for role-based access so each client org manages their own hiring pipeline independently.
