Parcel Tech

Web3 payroll and treasury product, owned end-to-end from user interviews to deployment

$500M+ on-chain transactions

Problem

Parcel Tech needed a Web3 payroll and treasury product that finance teams could trust with real money — reliable multi-sig approvals, complex on-chain logic, and zero tolerance for stuck or failed transactions at volume. That takes more than code: it needs the right roadmap, UX, and process behind it.

Approach

Owned the product end-to-end — user interviews with treasury teams, roadmap, design reviews, code reviews, deployments, and ongoing support, not just the build. On the frontend, built the React/TypeScript surfaces for payroll and treasury workflows. On-chain, co-authored a Solidity smart contract that fixed a real limitation in Safe's multi-send architecture: batched transactions were all-or-nothing, so one failed payment stalled the whole set. The new contract let multiple approvers sign off on separate, non-atomic sets of transactions, so each payment cleared individually once it crossed its own approval threshold.

What I built

  • Product process end-to-end: user interviews, roadmap, design reviews, code reviews, deployment, and support
  • React + TypeScript frontends for payroll and treasury workflows
  • Co-authored a Solidity smart contract for threshold-based, non-atomic multi-sig transaction processing — fixing Safe's multi-send all-or-nothing limitation
  • GraphQL API connecting on-chain events to application state
  • Transaction monitoring and retry logic for high-value on-chain ops

Outcome

Processed $500M+ in on-chain transactions across the product lifetime. Each approved payment cleared independently instead of stalling on one failed transaction in a batch, with clear audit trails for finance teams.
